We have a number of production spaces at Offbeat, each offering is designed with flexibility to accommodate for a range of studio needs. This includes our affordable production room which is available for daily hire or part-time residency. This room is suitable for musicians, producers, vocalists, podcast creators, voice actors and artists looking for a comfortable and reliable creative space to create and record. The room is set up for easy configuration, just bring your own laptop, plug in and you’re ready to go. Our facilities include high speed NBN, communal kitchen with coffee & tea, sitting areas, bathroom, roller door access to Faversham laneway & on-street parking.

Day Hire (non-resident)
Book our hireable production room as you need. Bookings are for the half day either day or night, you will be given an induction and access on the day of your booking. Regular users will receive their 10th booking free. This room is set up, ready to go just BYO laptop. See below for detailed room specs.
9am-4pm or 5pm-12am - some flexibility is possible.

+gst per 1/2 day, weekly.Part-Time Residency
Join Offbeat one day or more per week for a minimum of three months. You’ll have a set booking on your chosen day/s per week for either your day or night booking. This room is set up, ready to go, just BYO laptop. See below for detailed room specs. You’ll also have access to a number of bookings in our event space to host things like networking events, listening parties, photoshoots, meeting and some rehearsal activity.
9am-4pm or 5pm-12am - some flexibility is possible.

Full-Time Residency
Join Offbeat full-time for a minimum of 12 months. You’ll have full access to the space, these rooms are empty for you to bring your own gear, with basic acoustic treatment. All rooms are in full occupancy, please join our waitlist to be contacted when available.
